Aunt Mernie's Funeral

Cousins

Celeste and Grammy and I drove down to Georgetown, ID for Aunt Mernie's funeral. There was a lot of family there. I talked to cousin Charlotte, Nancy, Dusty, and the Pocatello George's. We stopped in Soda Springs for burritos, where Grandma Downey liked to stop for burritos. We had an adventure in the fog and snow.


Here are some pictures from the funeral. Aunt Mernie looks so much like Grandma Martineau. She was a nurse. She was also an amazing letter writer. She always gave us ice cream. She had the coolest farm house with a room full of toys. I liked visiting her because she reminded me so much of Grandma Martineau.
