Day Trip to Yellowstone

Scott took a break from work and took us to Yellowstone National Park. It was so pretty. We saw a few animals and places we hadn't seen yet. More than anything Celeste loved running down the trails.

Fish and Deer and Bears, Oh My!

Spring is finally here, so we went on some adventures. We are so spoiled! Grammy took us to Bear World where we saw lots of animals. Grizzly and black bears were waking up from hybernation. It's just like Jurrasic Park because you drive through the bears' habitat, which is surrounded by high electric fences. We also ate yummy food, and rode on carnival rides. Celeste wasn't scared of the rides, and she didn't want to get off. Fun, fun, fun!

Celeste and I tagged along with Scott and his good buddy Chad on their fishing trip up the South Fork.Celeste really enjoyed dropping rocks into the river and picking up handfuls of sand. Scott caught lots of fish and sunshine. We saw lots of birds (a woodpecker, bald eagles, ravens, ducks).

Here is a video of Celeste hanging out in the car when the wind picked up. It shows her version of the ABC song and Old McDonald had a farm.

Road Trip Pictures and Trampoline Video

We headed south for a wonderful family reunion. We drove 9 hours in a car in one day, but it was worth it. Celeste slept through most of it. Here are some pictures from Scott's parent's house. I'll wait for Aunt Karen's (the photographer) pictures to show the actual reunion. We loved visiting everyone. Two new babies, Cash and Jed were there. Celeste particularly enjoyed her young cousins, and 2nd cousin girls, G.G.'s merry-go-round, and Grandmama and Grandpapa's back yard. Oh, the goats, chickens, and... the TRAMPOLINE were so fun! Scott and I also made and brought a hamburger shaped pinata which was cute, but didn't take long to break. Celeste got points with Great Grandma by saying "G. G."

Grammy Goose and the Logan Girls

Celeste & I got to drive down with Grammy to see my twin & her baby in Logan. What an adventure! We got see lots of farm animals at the American West Heritage Center.
