Happy 3 Months Old Celeste!

Happy Birthday!

On Saturday Celeste turned 3 months old.

She is growing and learning soooo fast! I am so amazed how many new things she is doing.

Here's what she's up to these days:

1. Rotates 90 degrees (see picture above)
2. Scoots backwards by pushing with her feet
3. Smiles lots when played with
4. Can hold toys, washcloths, and anything she can get her hands around
5. Brings toys, hands, etc. to her mouth to taste them
6. Prefers sleeping on her left side
7. Makes lots of sounds other than crying
8. Makes happy, sad, and tired cooing sounds
9. Laughs occasionally
10. Can hold her head up at 45 degrees when on her tummy
11. Is working on holding her head up 90 degrees
12. Cuddles up to mom and dad when held
13. Loves being supported in a standing position
14. Loves being supported in a position that she can takes steps. She needs a pedometer already.
15. Loves chewing on her fingers & hands
16. Loves chewing on toys, blankets, etc.
17. On her 3 month birthday we were visiting someone and Celeste was sitting in her car seat next to me, un-buckled. She wiggled out of her car seat all by herself.
18. Celeste gets especially excited when we do the following:

• Smile & Laugh
• Make funny faces
• Stick out our tongues
• Talk with any kind of accent
• Trill our "R"s
• Move her arms & sing popcorn popping
