We went camping and fishing at Meadow Lake near Leadore, ID. It was Celeste's first time camping. Meadow Lake Campground was full, so we found a secluded spot 2 miles down the road, and 2,000 ft lower in elevation. We slept the 1st half of the night was in the tent. The 2nd half was in the car where we could run the heater. Scott stayed in the tent all night. He caught some rainbows that we brought home, and my mom cooked them. Yummy. We went hiking with a couple that we met up there. Celeste is very good at removing any hat placed on her head, even the kind with an elastic strap. We didn't see much wildlife other than cutthroat trout. Maybe next time we'll see the mountain goats that live in the rocks.
